Welcome to Elyzee Building Services. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this site, you acknowledge your full agreement to these terms.

1. تقديم الخدمات1. Service Provision

تختص مؤسسة إليزيه بتقديم خدمات جلي الرخام، التنظيف، الديكور، والصيانة العامة في مدينة أبوظبي. يتم الاتفاق على المواعيد والأسعار عبر القنوات الرسمية (الواتساب أو الاتصال الهاتفي) وتعتبر التسعيرات صالحة لمدة 15 يوماً من تاريخ صدورها.

Elyzee specializes in marble polishing, cleaning, decor, and maintenance in Abu Dhabi. Appointments and prices are agreed upon via official channels (WhatsApp or Phone), and quotes are valid for 15 days from issuance.

2. مسؤولية العميل2. Client Responsibility

يتحقق العميل من دقة البيانات المقدمة (العنوان، المساحة، نوع الخدمة). كما يجب توفير الوصول اللازم لفريق العمل إلى موقع المشروع في الوقت المتفق عليه لتجنب أي رسوم تأخير.

The client must ensure the accuracy of the data provided (address, area, service type) and provide necessary access for the team at the agreed time to avoid delay fees.

3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية3. Intellectual Property Rights

العلامة التجارية "إليزيه" وكافة صور المشاريع المنشورة في المعرض هي ملكية خاصة. يمنع استخدامها لأغراض تجارية من قبل أطراف ثالثة دون إذن رسمي.

The "Elyzee" brand and all project photos published in the gallery are private property. Use for commercial purposes by third parties without permission is prohibited.

4. القانون المطبق4. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأي نزاع ينشأ يتم الفصل فيه أمام المحاكم المختصة في إمارة أبوظبي.

These terms are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be settled before the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
